one other thing
on a personal martial arts success note, I finally got kip ups down (when you roll backwards and then spring to your feet). I still have to use my hands right now, but if I actually start exercising again I should have my stomach muscles in shape enough to do it without hands in a couple months. Considering this is something I’ve struggled doing for quite a while I’m really psyched!
Good job I’m still having to work really hard on the kip ups.
